Your rights

Your rights under the GDPR

The full statement is being finalised. In the meantime, these are your rights and how to use them.

Access

You can ask whether we hold personal data about you, and ask for a copy of it.

Correction

If something we hold about you is wrong or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it.

Erasure

You can ask us to erase your personal data. Some records, such as invoices, we are required by law to keep.

Restriction

In some cases you can ask us to pause the use of your data, for example while you contest its accuracy.

Portability

Where it applies, you can ask for the data you gave us in a structured, commonly used format, so you can take it elsewhere.

Objection

You can object to us using your data in certain ways, and we will tell you whether we can stop.

Withdrawing consent

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. For website analytics, use Cookie settings in the footer. For anything else, write to us. How the website uses cookies is in our cookie policy.

How to exercise your rights

Write to [email protected] and tell us which right you want to use. We answer within one month.

Complaints

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the country where you live or work, or where you think the problem happened.

What we store is set out in our privacy policy.
